A little bit about me...

I’m a 26 year old digital designer with a passion for branding, digital, eCommerce and animation. My appetite for design started at secondary school with a cracked version of Photoshop used to create YouTube backgrounds and hasn’t stopped growing since. I pride myself in my work ethic and hunger to continue to learn as much as I can related to design and the business of design.

A little bit about me...

I’m a 26 year old digital designer with a passion for branding, digital, eCommerce and animation. My appetite for design started at secondary school with a cracked version of Photoshop used to create YouTube backgrounds and hasn’t stopped growing since. I pride myself in my work ethic and hunger to continue to learn as much as I can related to design and the business of design.
I moved to London from out in the sticks of the Cambridgeshire countryside in July 2022 and am currently enjoying the luxury of having more than 1 shop and 1 pub within a 3 mile radius. Outside of work I love to spend as much time as I can watching or playing sports with football, cricket, golf and snowboarding being some of my favourites. Sadly this sometimes leads me to be a little more competitive than I’d perhaps like to be but we can’t all be perfect right? When I’m not sulking due to either my average sporting abilities or favourite teams letting me down I’m trying my best to eat and drink my way around London with my girlfriend and friends. Some of my more wholesome hobbies include cooking, walking (preferably with dogs) and enjoying music at festivals and gigs.

Work Experience

Brave Agency

Design Manager, 2022 - Present
Currently in my role as the design lead at Brave I have continued to oversee the overall output and standards of the design from the agency and how we can look to push and improve these. As the design lead it’s my role to quote, pitch and manage clients and deliverables for all design projects, I’m also heavily involved with pitching and quoting for new website projects. Another one of my key responsibilities is to work with the other members of the management team to work on improving internal processes such as sales and onboarding, website builds as well as new offerings for the agency.
Digital Designer, 2021 - 2022
As a digital designer at Brave my key responsibility was to oversee, take ownership and improve on the standards of the design across the board. There was initially a key focus on website design particularly eCommerce due to the demand in projects but also to look at and improve the agency's branding offering.

Cubiq

Digital Designer, 2016 - 2021
I started at Cubiq as an intern doing 2 days a week for 6 months whilst I was still at college and then became a permanent member of the team as a junior when I finished college. Working in a fast paced agency meant I quickly had to learn a wide range of skills across multiple disciplines covering brand, print, digital and animation.
